  • Anything I am not comfortable with

GENERAL

  • I have the right to decline any commission request.

  • I retain the right to the artwork, therefore I can still use it for posting, promoting myself, etc., unless requested otherwise by the client.

  • Commission products are for PERSONAL USE only. You are not allowed to profit off it, or use it for commercial purposes.

  • If you intend to commission for commercial purposes, please e-mail me at [email protected] with a subject line of "commercial inquiry".

  • Any form of TRACING, COPYING, ALTERING, and/or CLAIMING of the commissioned art as your own is PROHIBITED.

  • I will send files of the commission in .jpeg and/or .png (your choice)- one with my watermark and one without. If you are to post the commission online, use the watermarked version and give proper credit to the artist.

  • A commission may take between 1 week-2 months due to outside factors.

  • I do not take rush commissions.

PROCESS

  • If the commission form you sent is approved, I will message you in your preferred platform. We will discuss further details there.

  • Please put as many and as detailed references as you can for your commission.

  • Major changes can only be made during the sketching process. Please do not be afraid to be detailed about it.

  • Color changes is only during base color stage.

  • Major changes (such as different pose) outside the sketch and color base stage will have extra charges (price will depend on how major the change is).

  • I will check on the client from time to time to update the status of the commission.

  • If you wish to check the progress of the commissions for yourself, you can do so by messaging me. Please do not spam messages.

  • The commission process shall be as follows:

50% down payment -> Initial sketch & changes -> base color & confirmation -> 50% balance payment-> rendering & update -> final render -> sending of file

PAYMENT

  • I accept payment through PAYPAL, or GCASH.

  • If you wish to pay via GCASH, it is advisable to e-mail me your order form.

  • Paypal method will have 5% additional fee based on total price.

  • Payment will be 50% before sketch, 50% after base color stage has been confirmed.

  • I will send a quotation that must be paid within 72 hours.

  • Failure to pay a week after your accepted request will result in me cancelling your commission request and you will need to send another commission form.

  • There is no order of priority with the slots.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Refunds are strictly not allowed, unless I myself need to refund you because of certain circumstances. So please think carefully if I am the artist you want to commission.

  • I do not accept cancellations at any part of the process. So please do make sure you want to commission me.

ORDER FORM

You may request an order via VGen site or through my e-mail. This will not affect your order in any way.

If you order by email, please send an email to [email protected]. It's encouraged that the format below is followed for a more efficient process:

Bust up

Full Body

Additional

  • Canvas size by default is 2000x2000px. This may be adjusted depending on the type and preferred size or orientation of the client.

  • Additional character will be +50% of the base price.

  • Detailed characters will be extra 10 USD / 200 PHP

  • Props will have a starting price of 8 USD / 150 PHP depending on size, amount, detail

  • Solid color/gradient background: free

  • Detailed Background (landscape, cityscape, etc.): Starting price of $15 / 250PHP
